Delivery
Delivery Place: factory located in Foshan, china, the nearest port of delivery is Nansha port in Guangzhou, or shekou port in shenzhen.
Delivery: There are two delivery options for our Apple Cabin, namely whole house delivery and dismantled modular house delivery. For whole house delivery, since the width of the house is 3.2 meters, it will be delivered in 40 flat rack containers, which is relatively high shipping cost and only suitable for 1-2 houses. For dismantled modular houses, we will deliver them in 40 HQ containers, which saves on shipping costs and is suitable for purchasing a large number of houses.
Installation: Our services do not include the installation of the house. For the delivery of a whole house, the installation is very simple and consists of placing the crane on a pre-prepared base. For the delivery of a dismantled modular house, we will provide the necessary assembly drawings and video tutorials to help you install it locally, but of course you need to have some construction experience.
If you are purchasing a number of homes for your project, we can also arrange for a DING KIN engineer to visit the project site to guide assembly and installation. This service is of course available at an additional cost.
